Soooo it sounds like all they have is witness testimony, which I assume they think will be enough evidence in court.

    Sorry, affidavits lol

They dont have anything. Pay attention to what they say in court, not in front of a camera or on social media.

The only mess they better clean up is whatever X-Files oil is leaking from Rudy's head.

Can we give this man a medal! Hilarious.

    Literally seconds later:

So...faithless electors, huh? Let's consult the Detroit Free Press, that's freep.com one of the best goddam site names I've seen.

The Michigan Democratic Party and Michigan Republican Party each nominated their slate of 16 electors in August. Each slate of electors is made up of 14 individuals who each represent one of the state's 14 congressional districts and two at large electors.

With Joe Biden having won Michigan, the Democratic slate will represent the state in the Electoral College.

In August, when the Democratic and Republican parties held their conventions to officially nominate Biden and President Donald Trump as presidential candidates, they also nominated their electors. These individuals tend to be party activists.

Michigan law prohibits "faithless electors," meaning that electors nominated by the state's political party must cast their vote for their party's presidential candidate. Michigan's electors will meet Dec. 14 to cast their votes.

That's their only hope. Completely ratfuck the election and undermine our election process.

If they want angry, armed, violent protests in the streets, that's how you get them.

That's not a crime you're smelling, Rudy, that's your lawsuit...

I really want someone to ask him what crime smells like, and if different crimes have different smells.

    No. Pretty sure.

Civil law is about "laws" signed between two people, covering things like lawsuits, bankruptcies and Trump's specialty breach of contract.

Votes are not cast by agreements between citizens.

There is no way civil litigation is appropriate here.
