I mean, I know I keep saying this, but if there was evidence it should be presented in court. Now this report was presented but sealed until recently. I'm no expert, but I'm pretty sure all the cases we've seen so far have been public, so this one is special.
I won't pretend to know all the details, but I will say that I know of no unresolved case in which this report is evidence.
That looks like testimony under oath. Will the author of this report Wood/Trump claim is evidence do the same? I'm curious where "68% error rate" came from, because the report never said.

Huh, so Trump is just retweeting Lin Wood's call for him to jail GA Governor Kemp and SoS Raffensperger.
I wonder how many Republican officials don't know what Twitter is, today, when they're asked about it. Or who say they don't look at Twitter despite repeated comments on tweets and frequent personal tweets.
Either way, threatening jail time for officials that follow the law rather than break the law to support a leader is like, very authoritarian.

So...Trump's whole legal team, including the "ex" legal team of Powell and Wood, are completely incompetent liars. The Colorado Sun revealed in a report published on Tuesday that Jenna Ellis, an attorney currently representing President Trump in his legal battle to overturn the election, was fired as a Weld County prosecutor for making mistakes on cases, contradicting her account of why she was terminated.
Ellis was fired from her position as deputy district attorney at the Weld County District Attorney’s Office in 2013. Ellis claimed in an interview with The Wall Street Journal that she was fired for refusing to bring a case to trial, believing it to be unethical prosecution.
Records from the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment obtained by the newspaper showed that Ellis “made mistakes on cases the employer believes she should not have made,” and “failed to meet the employer’s expectations.”
One of the documents obtained said, “The employer noted some cases were being processed that did not adhere to the Victim Rights Act.” The Sun notes that the Victims Rights Act ensures that victims are informed and involved in the case against their assailant.
“… There is the appearance in case documentation the claimant did not follow proper protocol for some of the cases she handled,” the documents said.
Records stated that Ellis was fired for “unsatisfactory performance.”
I'm shocked to hear that Ellis was previously fired for being shit at her job as a lawyer, shocked.

Good piece (more in the article) on the rising and expanding right wing extremism and radicalism we're seeing in the US, in light of this weekend's...uh...festivities.The widespread embrace of conspiracy and disinformation amounts to a "mass radicalization" of Americans, and increases the risk of right-wing violence, veteran security officials and terrorism researchers warn.
At conferences, in op-eds and at agency meetings, domestic terrorism analysts are raising concern about the security implications of millions of conservatives buying into baseless right-wing claims. They say the line between mainstream and fringe is vanishing, with conspiracy-minded Republicans now marching alongside armed extremists at rallies across the country. Disparate factions on the right are coalescing into one side, analysts say, self-proclaimed "real Americans" who are cocooned in their own news outlets, their own social media networks and, ultimately, their own "truth."
"This tent that used to be sort of 'far-right extremists' has gotten a lot broader. To me, a former counterterrorism official, that's a radicalization process," said Mary McCord, a former federal prosecutor who oversaw terrorism cases who's now a law professor at Georgetown University.
McCord was speaking at a recent online conference, Millions of Conversations, an organization aimed at reducing polarization. Along with McCord, several other former officials who served in senior national security roles said the mass embrace of bogus information poses a serious national security concern for the incoming Biden administration.
Which apparently included a 6 hour long stage rally that acted more or less as a de-facto marketing event for the My Pillow guy. Who would have ever thought that the My Pillow guy would become a political and religious icon for the extreme right, because I sure never would have.

More Republicans declaring Biden "not their president" and openly supporting Trump declaring martial law to remain in office.
When can we start removing these people from office for supporting sedition and unconstitutional action?
Trump is now dragging my state in to his hissy fit, as if New Mexico was going to vote for him... NM hasn't voted for a Republican Presidential Candidate since 2004's election (George W Bush).

So...I guess the TX electors pointless passed a resolution demanding other states go with "Alternate Electors"?
I mean, it's pointless because it's literally just a piece of paper with no meaning or authority. To quote the San Antonio Current -
PA Lt. Governor John Fetterman is taking this with the appropriate seriousness, too - https://twitter.com/JohnFetterman/st...07626377195525Cue sad trombone.

Moreover, they must acknowledge how much the Cowboys blow

Trump remains focused on the big issues in the twilight hours of his administration.
No, not covid. Think bigger.
Shower heads. Yes, those magical devices that shoot out water that helps clean you. The ones Trump complains about all the time.
Apparently the regulations are being updated - previously all shower heads combined in a fixture could provide 2.5 gallons per minute worth of pressure. Now that's being updated to "per-showerhead", so if you've got a 10-head shower then you're working with up to 25 gallons per minute worth of water pressure.
Which...pretty much only affects rich folks with mansions that don't give a shit about water prices or conservation anyways. Another win for the...well, not the little guy or the average American, we all just have single shower head in our showers because we're normal fuckin people.
I mean, an Eagles fan calling the Cowboys bad in 2020 is like @DocSavageFan calling @Ghostpanther a member of the rabid fanbase.
Points for intent, though.

And an AZ case thrown out. Why?
Lack of evidence (not surprising)
Missed the deadline to file legal challenges by 7 days (not surprising)
Lacking standing as the woman behind the lawsuit isn't even registered to vote (...not surprising, either)
Man, I know we Americans have a reputation for being overly litigious but like, could these insane nutters not waste court time?
