Sounds like he was Burnett's high paid coffee boy. And by the sound of the rest of the article, sounds like it's gonna be a cluster.

True but these things are usually planned months in advance, it seems that they are doing this on the fly as Trump is constantly changing his mind. He also wants everything to be live either way it's going to be fun watching this train wreck.

Well...yeah, I guess that's about right. Hadn't really considered that they are getting exactly what they want.

I heard also that Trump wants to speak all four nights....

Apparently the RNC has announced that there will not be a GOP party platform for 2020 as what they support. Instead it's just a declaration that they support whatever Trump wants.

Really, this is just an official admission that I was right about that, and it wasn't in any way hyperbole.

Edit: Damn; this meant to go into the trump thread...

Some truly Bold Economic Populism on display now that Donald Trump and Tucker Carlson have transformed the GOP into a worker’s party:

    https://www.gop.com/rules-and-resolutions/

For example, Resolution In Favor Of Providing The Necessary Tools For President Trump To Finish Draining The Swamp means:
“ending pretty much any regulatory oversight of American business.”

Well we had some nitwits on the board predict the GOP's populist pivot ... any year now ....

That being said, she still talks a lot of shit for someone who has outright stated that she lets other people tell her what to think. She's a massive hypocrite and a troll, more concerned about her so-called "Mythos" ( ) than having an honest discussion about the current state of the country.

Say, do we know anyone else who is also concerned more about their image than the lives of American citizens?

"Finish draining the swamp"? Surely for something to finish, it has to start first?

Unless in Trump-speak "draining" means "making deeper, more widespread and considerably swampier".

Uhm... he is fighting corona and cancel culture together, by defending the first amendment. That’s by far the most fucked up line in that... Who knew that the issue with corona, was the demonizing of conspiracy sites.

    - - - Updated - - -

Uhm... you guys should click those resolutions:

    https://prod-cdn-static.gop.com/medi...860.1598267286

The right of the people to peaceably assemble has been infringed, abused, and denied; from church services to entertainment, to sports and even to the education of our children; free assembly has been traded for “masked social distancing,” yet opportunistic violent protestors and casino-goers are still allowed the right to assemble; and
    Freedom of speech is trampled on daily with the notions of “political correctness,” the plan to eliminate so-called “hate speech,” and the promotion of a “cancel culture,” which has grown into erasing of history, encouraging lawlessness, muting citizens, and violating free exchange of ideas, thoughts, and speech;
Just a reminder... this is their solution to corona...

I do actually agree with the sentiment behind your post, and personally feel that everyone should be treated with respect and decency...up to a point. When a person shows a certain pattern of behavior, particularly one where it's obvious that they're just trolling for a reaction, they deserve to be called out on it, particularly as a warning to any newcomers that might wander into the thread.

Trump isn't trying to drain the swamp at all, he and his ilk is the swamp.

It’s actually a pretty dumb thing to say, when there is the ignore button and I know for a fact that they use it. If you obsess over a poster, those posters a have a recourse. If one keeps putting people on ignore, to result in no one speaking to them, it shows a different problem...

Mission accomplished... We now have two threads that are about his trolling.
