One likely scenario is that he prematurely claims victory before all mailed votes are counted, and then starts sowing as much doubt as possible about the validity of the remaining votes which would likely pull Biden ahead. The point is that anger like yours will very likely reach a boiling point in all scenarios other than Biden winning in a landslide. How this anger will manifest is the question.
If Biden is the legitimate winner and Trump is trying to cheat his way to victory, then it all depends on GOP politicians either jumping ship and letting Trump fizzle out or doubling down and joining him in a dirty war. This all depends on the EC margins and plausibility of Trumps tactics.
If Trump wins, be it by playing dirty or by legitimate means, and stays on as president with the GOP and his base backing him, then everyone is fucked. Anger will turn into violence which will turn into suppression. The whole point and danger of Trump getting a second term is that you will be silenced, your vote will lose value and things like the law and the constitution will burn to a crisp.
This is why it is so important for Biden to get as many votes as possible. Even in red states every vote counts. Anything to make him the most obvious winner as possible to undermine whatever Trump is planning.
