Lol at the Cosplay Accelerationists on their strange journey from Tulsi to Gravel Teens!

It all boils down to shilling for Trump, "but with extra steps."

Also, Gravel Teens stole that bit, but largely a retread of Toby Ziegler’s monologue on Season 1 Episode 12 of The West Wing, “He Shall, From Time To Time.”

Accelerationists: hating that their parents watched so much West Wing and smothered them with privilege.

I would love to take on Hammerfest outside of forum rules. Oh man, it would be bloody.

Treating fascism lead by a billionaire, oligarch, corporate goon, Trump as the same as democrat corporatism, isn’t a doomer mood.

I have no idea how accurate this "25-37 million voters" thing will turn out to be, but if it's anywhere close to that, it's a testament to just how damaging this administration has been. 10 million more Democratic voters showed up to elect Obama than they did when Kerry was running, and Bush was only killing people in other countries...not gassing his own citizens and writing off 200k+ deaths from a disease he ignored for political purposes.
I think the number should be pretty close. So far, with only 16 states, 1.2M people have turned in their ballots already. That is 120 times the number of votes turned in in 2016 during the same time period.

126M people voted in 2016, but 92M eligible voters did not. So 25 - 37M additional votes in 2020 is not a far stretch.

The US is also looking at record number of new registered voters since 2018. On National Voter Registration Day, Vote.org registered 135,000 new voters in a single day. Majority in the 18 - 34 age bracket. In fact, every states in the US are looking at record-breaking number of new voters.

An interesting article from Washington Post from February 2020 - There are fewer registered Republicans than independents for the first time ever.

There are now more registered independents than Republicans, marking a first for the U.S.

According to data from Ballot Access News, independents make up 29.09 percent of registered voters, while Republicans make up 28.87 percent and Democrats make up 39.66 percent. The data comes from the 31 states that require registration by party.

In 2004, Democrats made up 42.19 percent of the vote, Republicans made up 32.79 percent of the vote and independents made up 23.15 percent of the vote. The number of independents has been growing since, while the number of Democrats and Republicans has slowly declined.

Democrats did see a boost in 2008 when former President Obama was elected, hitting a peak of 43.62 percent of registered voters. But by 2016, the percent of registered Democrats had declined to 40.6 percent.

Welp, Biden released his 2019 tax returns. Just waiting on Trump, who promised to release his after he won the election in 2016.

Sure, I'm not disputing any of that. But these projections should probably come with a giant asterisk (if they don't already) in light of the pandemic and the plans/attempts to delegitimize mail-in votes.

Hey now, Trump has a plan for SS. Eliminate the payroll tax to gut any funding for SS.

Correction - Trump plans to get rid of SS completely. Recall he wants to eliminate the payroll tax, which directly funds SS.

Remember Sully Sullenberger, the hero airline pilot that landed a plane in the Hudson River and saved the lives of 155 people on board?

He's backing Biden too, and not keen on Trump.

Finance journalist looking at Trump's finances for his Aberdeen golf course found some interesting details.

Every year Trump loans himself millions of dollars for the club, and apparently spends all of it at the club...despite there being no actual record of the money being spent on improvements. He then uses that money to add value to the club as if it's appreciating in value.

Problems abound. The place is actually a gigantic money pit, Trump's violating multiple laws likely by acting as owner/investor, creditor, and operator and not detailing where money is spent, and there's no way all this money comes from Trump.

It's sure looking a lot like the golf course is simply a front to launder huge sums of money.

I'm way too excited for this debate. If Biden makes it through unscathed, things will be looking as good as can be. This is a critical moment.

A lot of people will also be shocked to find out that he isn't senile.

No they won't be, because he'll have cheated and someone will be feeding him answers. That's why Trump wants the pat down beforehand, to make sure he's not wearing any hidden wires.

This is the crowd that pivoted from "Biden is a senile old crank who can't remember what day it is and falls asleep during interviews." to "Biden is a crooked genius who can memorize 25 questions and rather detailed answers that are planted by evil CNN." with the grace of a ballet dancer.

Just think of what would happen if Trump were flying the plane.
