It's really fuckin' obvious that someone in Trump's debate prep team told him to try and attack Biden on the "he's weak with progressives" angle but it hasn't actually stuck with anyone but the concern trolls who were going to write in Tulsi anyway.

And Milchshake pointed this point; Biden's handling of Trump here is immediately recognizable to any woman in this country.

No, but I also don’t think supporting medicare for all, when Trump’s whole campaign is running against it... with him getting 0 pushback from even progressives, means it’s a good idea...

He was literally repeating every single one of their talking point... the only one he stayed away from, is Reade... I wonder why...

Oh and remember the long argument I had about America... Not a peep from people disagreeing with me, with Trump claiming that US schools teach that America is a killer... who do they think he was talking about?

Yeah, Trump sure leaned on the "if you vote for Biden, things will be even worse" button, didn't he? Millions dead with COVID, for example. And to the rest of your point, it was between five and ten times Trump said someone else's plan was Biden's when that was just factually false. At one point, he said Biden wanted to ban cows.

The women vote is the most important demographic here. And Biden tailored his debate to appeal to them

I can't imagine that debate changed any minds tbh. Trump was loud, abrasive and stupid. The word my mom used to describe Biden was "frail" and I kind of see it but it's also hard to seem like anything else when you have a big orange dumbass yelling in your ear for an hour. I feel like the fact that the TV hosts are acting shocked that the debate went how it did is a testament to how little they actually pay attention because there was literally nothing shocking about that debate.

I'm convinced they told him to literally just attack everything. Biden is both the guy who supports armed mobs and the guy who wrote the crime bill. Biden wants to take your healthcare but also Biden is losing progressives because he won't take your healthcare. Biden wouldn't do as much as I did to solve COVID but also he'd shut the whole country down. Biden would tax us all to negative income but also the only reason I didn't pay tax was because of Biden's tax laws. I'll condemn white supremacy but also white supremacists should stand ready.

No comment from “No this election is not a referendum on Row v Wade”... let me guess... Win for Trump?

THIS is why politics are in the state they're in: NOBODY holds their candidates to any kind of standard. All that matter is he's on your team, so he can do no wrong. Republics and Democrats both do this. And the politicians know this. If Republicans actually held their candidates to some kind of standard we wouldn't have a psychopath like Trump in the White House. If Liberals actually held their candidates to some kind of standard we wouldn't have senile dementia-riddled fossils as our candidate.

The only one who actually cares about the American people was Sanders and the Democratic party screwed him over not once, but twice. Just goes to show the party leaders don't want change. They don't want what's best for the country or for the people. They want to just continue the same scam they've been running for decades and decades. And not to be rude, but this party politics mentality is what's letting them do it. All that matters to so many voters like yourself is US vs. THEM. My team vs. the other team. Defeat the enemy at whatever the cost! And then you wonder why actually solving problems and addressing issues don't take place. Because that's not what wins elections. Getting people riled up and pitting them against each other does. Pull your head out of the sand.

He tried, at the beginning, and then clearly realized that was a fucking stupid tactic.

Biden talking to US while ignoring Trump was perfect.

Trump refuses to denounce white supremacy, says 'stand back and stand by' on Proud Boys movement

Trump refused to denounce white supremacy during an intense debate with Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden Tuesday night.

“Almost everything I see is from the left wing, not from the right wing,” Trump said when directly asked to denounce white supremacists and militia groups who have aligned themselves with him.

Trump asked moderator Chris Wallace of Fox News to “give me a name,” then Biden chimed in and noted the Proud Boys, a group that the Southern Poverty Law Center has designated as a hate group.

The Proud Boys describe themselves as “a pro-Western fraternal organization for men who refuse to apologize for creating the modern world; aka Western Chauvinists” and have been tied to violent protests, often in support of the president.

“Proud Boys — stand back and stand by,” Trump said Tuesday night.

Trump then moved attention to the left-wing anti-fascist movement known as antifa.

“Somebody has got to do something about antifa and the left because this isn’t a right-wing problem, this is a left-wing problem,” Trump said.

Biden then noted that FBI Director Christopher Wray has said antifa is not a formal organization, but an ideology.

“Well then, you know what, he’s wrong,” Trump said of Wray.
    Wanna see the video?

Trump was asked point-blank to denounce white nationalists. He never did.

They need to give the moderator mic power.

they get 2 minutes. moderator can give them a few more seconds but at 2:15 he red buttons their mic.

I can't believe this child is our president, sigh.

Oh yeah it's always the liberals fault for not holding their candidates to any standards. Those darn dirty liberals, if only they hadn't fielded a well spoken, well educated, well liked black man, then Republicans wouldn't have resorted to a reality TV star! DARN THOSE LIBERALS!!

    Piss off.

Yeah. The point is. I'm very fearful of the last word salad Trump spouted, pertaining the election results and his refusal to accept that said results wont be there on november 3rd

Oh no I meant Biden tried to address Trump like an adult for like, a minute and then clearly realized Trump is not one of those things.
