I take personal offense at this. I consider myself about as far left as you can go (I am in favor of a 99% top marginal tax rate, and even as a middle class worker I would be fine paying 75% or more assuming the government provided commensurate services like UBI/housing assistance/public transit/public education/etc).
I voted for Bernie/Hillary in 2016, and couldn't vote in the primary (because CT rescheduled from April to July, and Biden already had the nomination), but would have voted for Bernie this year, and I'll be voting for Biden (at the polls, because fuck those Proud Boy shitholes and their voter intimidation bullshit, I will not be cowed) on November 3.
No he doesn't not even close
Obama's 2nd term was better than the 1st, and Trump is crushed in the sp500 by 2x.

Buh Byeeeeeeeeeeee !!
Oh no worries, i was talking to the idiots who use purity tests for everything, acting holier than thou (and believe me, we have a ton of em here in my country) while right wing fascists ram through with any human rights violations they can.
I'm also in favor of a 99% marginal... Nah, i'm in favor of sending those rich assholes and the GOP bootlickers to a gulag in Alaska, alongside every rich asshole in the world that we can find (and hoo boy, i'd love to see the big mining assholes there).
Forgive my english, as i'm not a native speaker
I'm with ya except I did vote for Bernie, even though Biden already had it locked up. As I said, turnout is massive this year already, and well, 2008 was the highest turnout in 40 years, we got our first black president. 2016 was the lowest in 20 years and we got trump. Concern trolls playing progressive on MMO-C are not something I'm worried about. As long as turnout is high, we're good.
Well, consensus seems to be that the debate did not go well for Trump. Which is bad for him considering he's losing badly right now and he direly needed the debate to try and turn things around for him and from all accounts he failed to do that.

So he’s inciting terrorism and they received the message

Ah ok.
I've known a few of those. One of my coworkers at my last job (thanks COVID!) was an organizer for the local Green Party, about as progressive as you can go, and was determined not to support Biden even if he won the nomination due to his support for the Iraq War.
Of course we live in Connecticut, so sending our 7 EVs to Biden is all but guaranteed regardless.
I thought about that. Thing is, I refuse to give Trump any credit for saying "the sky is blue".
I'm sure there are some members of the rabid fanbase who will leap to Trump's defense, but I'm specifically citing specific fact checks, and as you've seen, they are disproportionately "Trump lied far more often than Biden and far more blatantly". That's good enough for me. It's like asking if I care how many bullets fired by police officers didn't hit anything, versus how many they fired into unarmed civilians.
Time yes, money no (I watched it on YouTube), and resources are dependent on whether you consider Sanity a resource IRL.
Until the US (or at least a majority of states) eliminate FPTP and institute a Ranked Choice system, they effectively are the only two choices. One of them will win the Presidency, individual preferences for a more liberal candidate be damned.
