The only problem is, that we've actually seen some people cheering on people dying to get into the country in these threads. Hell, my mother was mad that the newspapers had the audacity to take pictures. No, not because they took pictures of dead people, but because she was angry that it would humanize the people coming here (her fucking words).

At the end of the day, people don't want to see the consequential targets of their political stances as human, it makes it easier to ignore it all.

The issue is that it's never just about a late-term ban on abortions. The GOP has historically pushed to try and guilt women out of getting early abortions. They require ultrasounds, two appointments, waiting periods, and push huge building restrictions on abortion clinics.
