Depends on how the first term goes. But I would honestly prefer him to be a transitional candidate.

There have been rumors swirling that he's only interested in one term but I think any speculation on it is kinda premature until he actually wins in a couple weeks. It's actually a bit of a can of worms for some people.

The problem is that it runs in line with Trump rhetoric, likely resurfacing rhetoric from this election.

I'm planning on trying to finish The Division 2's apparel event because I'd rather be aggravated by Massive's often hilariously frustrating flanking AI, than by the constant shit show that is Donald Trump.

I also gotta get on WoW and try Zul'Gurub and Vortex Pinnacle for a few mounts and maybe finish off the bee mount, all of which would be a better use of my time than watching #fuckingmoron at a debate.

This will be the third debate I haven't watched because I find them all pointless and serve only to make me re-enact Chidi from the Good Place:

Okay, I watched the first 10 minutes of that interview "leak" (by Trump himself) and I am already getting headaches.

Seriously, whoever still votes for that idiot is fucking nuts (or really rich and profits from his policies tbf)
How can you even watch that stuff and think "wow, I wanna be led by that guy"... it's impossible with even an ounce of intelligence... seriously

It was months ago, granted, but I recall reporting that behind closed doors that Biden said he might only serve one term if he got a good VP that he had faith in.

Obviously he would have to be insane to say that in public right now because it would instantly make him a lame duck the moment he won. If he does make that decision, I wouldn't expect to hear the announcement until after the 2022 midterms.

Trump is like that kid in middle school who was given a book report as an assignment. And then on the day of giving the presentation of his book report basically just states the vague basics to make it look like he actually read the book.

    Basically this...

I've been enjoying the beta but it's absolutely going to divide people...much like every other expansion ever.

Pretty much anytime the whole Election news cycle starts making me want to bite my own ears off I hop in and try to break shit.

I wonder how many Republicans are having serious heart burn right now thanks to Trump. Given he couldn't answer how the GOP would protect pre-existing conditions and outright declared that he wanted an activist Supreme Court to throw out the ACA.

Honestly stuff like this makes me worried people are going to take their foot off the gas again. Forget polling go and vote and tell everybody else to vote and then tell random strangers to vote.

    https://www.politifact.com/article/2...ts-dont-exist/

At a September rally in Freeland, Mich., Trump described great success in reviving automotive jobs.

He boasted that he wrangled a promise from Japan’s Prime Minister Shinzo Abe for Japanese companies to expand in the U.S.

"They announced five car companies are coming to Michigan," Trump told the crowd.

They aren’t coming — not five, not one.

During a nationally broadcast town hall on NBC, he talked up car plants again.

"Car companies are moving into Michigan, into Ohio, into South Carolina and North Carolina."

There are no automakers headed for North Carolina, a state that stands out in the region as a perennial also-ran for major auto investments.

"We've wondered about why North Carolina gets onto finalist lists, only to come up short," said Miami University professor James Rubenstein, a leading auto industry researcher.

Nonetheless, boasting about resurgent auto investments has been a central part of Trump’s sales pitch in industrial states like Michigan and Ohio that he managed to flip after Barack Obama won them twice.
Reminder: Car companies aren't opening plants in the US as Trump continually claims. He's not bringing back the car industry, he's just making shit up and hoping nobody bothers to actually check.

Yeah, I don't really pay this sort of thing much mind. They're nice for a little shot of optimism but then the reality of GOP election fuckery sets in and I'm right back to not giving a fuck about anything except harassing everyone possible to vote ASAP and make sure it's counted.
