    question about alchemy

    so my alchemy kul tiran maxed but i need to make a philosopher's stone but i cant learn the pattern i have it in my bags confused as why i cant learn it

    Doesn't the "classic" philosopher's stone need the old skill points levelling up? The alchemists stones you learn from the trainer in Boralus require skill in kultiran alchemy.
