Low-level Chars in Death's Rising

Just a quick one:

Is there any content for low-level characters in Death's Rising?
I thought there was a gearing option and since almost everything is taking place in Icecrown anyways I thought I might be able to rack up some XP doing the dailies and farming rares there.
But none of the Start quests seem to be available on anything below level 50. Is none of that content scaled?

Nope. It's Max evel content. Leveling is so fast now anyway, there is no need for extra bonus like we had last two pre expansion events.
