I wish they would remove hell chains, it was never fun or interesting and it's certainly not good enough to be a capstone talent.

Too bad it's currently the best talent for st and aoe because of the 8% str and it actually does good dmg in shadowlands

At the very least they should have worked on the visual of hell-chains, because making it a copy paste low rez fire beam was really lame. They could have used the reverted death grip chain graphics and made it fiery.
