Am I the only one who loved D3's art style?

Act 1 was an amazing adventure from crypts to a dark castle delve. Other acts were fine but the game had too much color for the diablo franchise. What was worse is the abilities when tweaked are suddenly overly blue or red. It was almost like I was playing a Torchlight game instead of Diablo. Lastly, the Diablo model in D3 is so far my least favorite. D4 is hitting a direction back to D1-2 style based on what we've seen on the environment and the UI alone.

Colors were fine. The spell effects were tuned up way too high.

I thought it was all pretty cool, mostly loved the physics on all the shattered corpses and scenery etc. Felt great to wipe out a bunch of enemies with some sort of super-explodey combo then run on through all the scattering bits of furniture, arms etc.

My biggest problem was getting towards the end where they took the phrase "bloated with power" a bit too literally so a lot of the enemies you face are roly-poly versions of things you fought before.
