There probably will. But I don't see any reason why we should have a forum dedicated to it, since it will be limited to the tinker and necromancer mega threads and then maybe 1 or 2 more threads

Class forums are for classes that already exist. General Discussion is for class/race speculation. The setup is working well as far as structure goes. The existing class forums could use some help though since relatively they don't get a lot of traffic.

Class forums are for existing classes so people can get help, theorycraft, and discuss class design for the characters they are playing today. Those sort of conversations don't make sense for a hypothetical class. If a new class is announced, a new forum is created for it. Until then, you can use WoW General to discuss/speculate/wishlist other classes.
