To me, saying that you have to grind essences to run Nyalotha is kind of like saying you have to do the MOP legendary cloak quest to play WoD.

Level 8 - 9 cloak rank still requires 4 pages, so this is actually worse then 10-15 now which only requires 2 pages.

Both of those only require one run to collect though.
