Edit: So I deleted a weakaura that was used for tracking Raid cooldowns and the problem doesn't occur any more. Thanks for the suggestion!

Others changing spec in raid causes Odd box to show up

First id disable weakauras, and see if that can narrow it down. Then go one by one in your addons and disable them.
