Ashen Hallow needs a cooldown reduction

Ashen Hallow is the only covenant ability to have a 4 minute long cooldown. The only one. I'd love if Blizzard reduced its CD to 3 minutes like many of the other classes with longer covenant ability options (such as Demon Hunter's "The Hunt" skill being a 3 minute CD). Of course this goes without saying, numbers may need to be adjusted to make this change happen, which is perfectly understandable.

Since covenant abilities are one of the most debated features right now, it will play a huge part in people deciding which covenant to take, and its really bizarre to see Paladin specifically singled out and given such a large CD for one of our expansion defining abilities.

Preemptive edit- I know Summon Steward is a 5 min CD, but since it is an ability that is shared across all classes, I didn't feel it was important to mention.
