    planks and wall-sits

    do u rly do it just once during a training? like 30-60 seconds and thats it? or like 4 sets of it?

    i could explain in detail but do yourself a favour - get plank app for mobile phone and see all the kind of planks you can do .

    Do sets. Better still, do them throughout the day if you can.
    1) Load the amount of weight I would deadlift onto the bench
    2) Unrack
    3) Crank out 15 reps
    4) Be ashamed of constantly skipping leg day

    Plank is my favorite exercise, I started from small amount of time, and gradually increased the time period. I think this is a good exercise for core muscles, and arms.

    I do them on a daily basis. At the end of each exercise for two sets of 30 seconds.
