i could explain in detail but do yourself a favour - get plank app for mobile phone and see all the kind of planks you can do .
Do sets. Better still, do them throughout the day if you can.
1) Load the amount of weight I would deadlift onto the bench
2) Unrack
3) Crank out 15 reps
4) Be ashamed of constantly skipping leg day
I do them on a daily basis. At the end of each exercise for two sets of 30 seconds.
