    You give this buff a name

    Add an interesting new stat in PvP mainly focused on intelligent healing, surviving and countering burst. This new stat is very simple: increase your maximum life equal to healing received that last for 10 seconds, any further healing received will refresh this buff to 10 seconds and keep increasing your life up to a total maxium life of 100% of your maximum life, caped at 200% of your normal life and does not work with over healing to prevent pre-shielding, so even if you now have your maximum life of 200% this means you are still under 100% life, for this to be possible to happen, in this case it appears to be a useless buff, but this buff is meant to prevent dangerous times not to be here at all time, is meant as a comeback against burst or a window of opportunity for healers to try rest / drink or start damage for a short period of time

    Similar existing effects and abilities can be merged more easily into this * stat / buff / effect * , while working as an easy keyword

    Seems like a really contrived way to fix a non issue.
