Pelagos is a Kyrian and he can choose what form he wants to appear in. Us actual trans people do not have that luxury. Many of us try to shape ourselves to look like the sex we identify as, but still end up feeling like we don't pass. This is a major part of why we often end up depressed. It's not as easy as changing our model.
