Corruption Question.

I read in trade chat that preserved contaminants corruptions should be saved for higher item level gear. True? I have Rank 3 Severe I want to use but don't want to put it on a lower ilvl item. Also does it benefit more putting it on an item that already has crit?

Stat contaminats can be used on lower ilvl gear.
Secondary stats scale very slowly with ilvl. Unless this is some 445 garbage that you will promptly replace, you can easily slap those corruptions there.

What does scale significantly with ilvl?
-Infinite Start
-Gushing Would
-Twisted Appandage

Basically, damage dealing corruptions. They scale sharply, so it's only worth to place them on 475 pieces if you have access to that ilvl (weekly M+15 etc).
