New shimmer vs normal blink?

Hey, For pvp do you think 2 charge 25 cd shimmer or 15 cd blink is good ?

It's currently the same as now. Shimmer is fantastic for both opening up distance while casting, as well as chasing fleeing targets behind pillars. Blink is basically a trinket on a 15 second CD. Both are excellent, and it's a test of skill to decide when you choose Shimmer vs when you choose Blink.
