I love Saint Seiya, but I doubt Blizzard can pull off the look for WoW
This world don't give us nothing. It be our lot to suffer... and our duty to fight back.

i think the fact that almost every response in this thread is a stout NO should make you realize that you are a minority in this opinion here OP lmao

They all look the same and WoW already has sets that look similar. You're not seeing the model it's on. No race in wow has a similar model to this thats why it doesn't look like that. Take the ToV mythic set for plate in Legion, it looks similar to the first few pieces.

Absolutely agree. If anything, I feel like the armor sets needs some toning down.
I really liked the old T1 sets from MC, they were cool but not so over the top.

Less anime armor, not more please.

    Not even remotely, what trash.
@thwart <- don't click this and learn his shame
Newsflash: 2016 Thwart would hate 2019 Thwart! Definitely don't click this either!

    No.

I'd say I drew the line at the butterfly wings, but we're getting those next expansion. Mostly the armor is ludicrously shiny. Nothing about it would fit in wow.

There are tons of Anime style MMORPGS out there, none of them good but if thats what you want go there, this doesn't fit WoW at all

sadly there isnt actually butterfly wings next expansion.

Definitely no. In my opinion, Saint Seiya has always had some of the ugliest and most boring art and design in Anime, even for its age.

EDIT: I mean anime... Nothing against them, enjoy the content whoever you are. But this is so far from the aestethics of WoW that I'm... actually I'm not surprised.

But no, keep this weirdo stuff away from us.

absofuckinglutely not keep this armor out of world of warcraft. It's for the best.
I'd rather have new classes based on Bobobobobobo then whatever these eyesores you call armor are.

im fine with some "inspiration" i think i even had one plate set who resemble something from saint seya, i think from the golden knights of poseidon, but like people said, like the actual armors is a hard no

inspiration is a yes, especially if its related to the norse armors from the series

They look quite bland, with small but highlighted details, wouldn't work that well in 3d with animations when you mostly stare at your characters back.

Also imagine those sets without matching pieces? would look horrible
