Possible plot twist... battlenet is really struggling today due to the COD patch. Could have a knock on impact on this weeks wave? Might they try to avoid a large number of new client downloads?

Yeah they are sending out however many invites regardless on whats going on with CoD in my opinion.

No, but a bit surprised I haven't gotten one yet. Last few expansions I've gotten in fairly early, and I even got into the first wave of the Legion alpha.

Same as me. But since I played Vanilla quite alot since last 27th August and did not play that much retail they won't give me access this time.

If you opted in for the beta, you have a chance for an invite. It’s the only factor that matters.

So far in the beta, the invite waves have coincided with a new client release. It is assumed we're getting a new client shortly because now is about when we get them.

Yep pretty much around the time you'll see on the front page of MMOC that a new build has been deployed.

Dont worry they know we will all play shadowlands so they give the beta to there family and friends and than pass out like 100 beta invites each week
