    Old God Minions?

So... where do they go when they die?

If we're talking N'raqi and C'Thraxxi type minions then probably back to the Void, from which they're generally spawned. The humanoid minions of the Old Gods would probably be judged by the Arbiter as per normal, and would either be fodder for Revendreth or eventually find their way into the Maw (save some rare exceptions).

Well, we can do you blood and love without the rhetoric, and we can do you blood and rhetoric without the love, and we can do you all three concurrent or consecutive. But we can't give you love and rhetoric without the blood. Blood is compulsory. They're all blood, you see." ― Tom Stoppard, Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead

Il'gnoth went to Ny'alotha, and Ny'alotha is its own realm tied closely to the Old Gods, and therefore the Void. Might be a safe bet that Voidspawned beings return to the Void when they are slain. Perhaps mortals who are sworn to the Void are also pulled there, or they may be drawn to the Shadowlands to experience whatever fate.

Demons returned to the Twisting Nether in general and Antorus specifically when it was constructed, so there might be a similar relation with the Void and Ny'alotha. Though Ny'alotha might be gone for good now.

The minions of the Old Gods are part of the Old God themselves. When thinking about Lovecraftian-styled gods, you have to abandon the notion of the physical. They aren't just blobs of flesh chained up in Titan dungeons. They are their will, the past and the future. An Old God minion is just a cell that makes up the body. Il'gynoth is a good example of this. He, in isn't his own entity. He's just one part of N'zoth, and when he was 'killed', he just returned to his master. Even Ny'alotha itself is N'zoth, in the most literal of sense.

TL;DR, they are part of their master, and their masters don't truly die.
