Allow me to explain the decision. A team member sent feedback that he enjoyed playing the game with his kid, but when they encountered Garrosh's line, it stuck out from other language in the game.

Several of us discussed the feedback and decided to make a change.

The "bitch" line always felt so random. Calling Sylvanas a bitch was a real understatement, it's like calling Sargeras an asshole. This is a psycho who experimented on civilians, raised innocent people into undeath, and was planning to unleash a deadly chemical weapon on a civilian target... certainly there are better and more creative insults for someone like that.

Regardless I don't care. I suppose this will somewhat embellish Sylvanas' otherwise horrible legacy when she finally dies.

I mean who really gives a shit. It was weird and jarring that it was ever there in the first place tbh.

I always saw it as one of the rare moments in WoW lore where the raw unbridled personality of a major lore character was allowed to be shown (similar to Anduin punching Wrathion in the face). But I guess now verbal disrespect is worse than Genocide.

In a game where murder and looting is commonplace and has WAR in it's name, the storytelling should not be censored to fit any political climate.

They should make more use of their fantasy languages and weave in some words here and there and that especially with curse words. It's somehow more immersive when a fantasy world curses with fantasy words.

I don't think it's inconsistent with this character, but I do think it's out of character in general when any form of expletive is so rare, even in full on war/genocide/etc. it felt a bit forced.
