Aight, any major retailers there with site links so we can figure out availability/pricing?

    CPU:
I'd suggest looking into 10600KF. If you overclock (and you must, otherwise there's no point buying Intel atm) the fps numbers are going to be very close across the board.
    Mobo:
https://mdcomputers.in/asus-tuf-gami...rice&order=ASC - based on what's on that site that is the lowest board that I'd be comfortable putting a 10900K in. AORUS ELITE good mobo aswell but that's a lot more expensive on that site. Check if the AIO is good for you though.
    Cooler:
https://mdcomputers.in/arctic-liquid...rice&order=ASC - only water option for you since there's no suitable air option for a 10900K OC on that site.
    RAM:
No good RAM there at all.
    Storage:
    https://mdcomputers.in/samsung-970-e...rice&order=ASC
Very limited selection again, this is the best performer but it's dispropotionally expensive. Ideally look for ADATA XPG SX8200 Pro/HP EX950/WD Black SN750 1TB models though.
    PSU:
I knew this was going to be shit, but there's this, which is a good enough option.
    https://mdcomputers.in/cooler-master...rice&order=ASC
    Case:
    https://mdcomputers.in/cooler-master...rice&order=ASC
    https://mdcomputers.in/cooler-master...rice&order=ASC
Very limited selection again, the only 2 good cases I could find there. But maybe you can keep your old case, idk what you're using though.

It's good but not worth the money. Unless you like a specific feature in there. With ASUS imo either you go for Z490-P/TUF-Plus or you go all the way to the Hero.

Huge waste of money. Performance is good enough but I have concerns about Thermaltake's reliability, and it's also going to be overpriced. If you HAVE to get RGB shit lmk though.

Depends on what kind of SKU that is, i.e. what kind of memory dies are used. For best performance you want single rank 8Gb ICs, so either Micron E-die or Samsung B-die. Samsung is going to be very expensive so Micron is ideal. Easiest way to get Micron RAM is to buy Crucial, which is their inhouse brand. Other manufacturers use their chips too though, but I didnt manage to find anything on that site, it's all Hynix.

As I said, it's the best, but considering the gap it's disproportionally expensive.

That's overkill. 1000/1200W units are only practical unless you plan on using multiGPU setups. 850W should be plenty for anything. Look for Seasonic Focus/Focus Plus Gold, Coolermaster MWE Gold, Corsair RMx PSUs. You technically need a 800W PSU to run the new Nvidia power connector so I guess the only thing that fits on that site is this: https://mdcomputers.in/corsair-rm100...020094-uk.html Ideally you need a 850W unit.

    Thank you very much .

I have decided to hold this build to see what Rzyen 3 has to offer which is 1 month or so , I think with PCI express 4.0 and all latest tech it will be worth waiting .

Ryzen 3000 already supports PCIe gen 4. I very much doubt Ryzen 4000 will offer anything comparing to price/performance of 3600.

The 4600 will likely launch around 200 USD too, and if it's faster than the 3600, it should be worth it.

Though if it comes out this year is another matter.

There's going to be a major price creep with AMD CPUs if XT launch is any indication at all. It will come out this year but I suspect you wont really be able to buy 6 cores this year.

If you want 5.1-5.2 ghz go for the 10900K.

10850K is a lesser binned 10900K and is likely not gonna hit those speeds easily.

We have no indication of that.

And that's just wrong. Those cores can hit 5.4, the bottleneck is thermal.

It's the same cores, same cache, same TDP, same bus speed.. Just lesser frequency.

Looks an awful lot like a down-binned 10900k

It looks like it, and it's the most plausible explanation, but it's not the only one that's likely. So far I dont have any data that there's any meaningful difference between the two if you're doing an all core overclock. I can imagine that it's pretty hard to find a chip that can boost 5.3, 5.1-5.2 all cores - not so much.
