By the foundation of the Forsaken, Sylvanas had already done considerably more for them (like you know, setting them free and winning the Plaguelands civil war) than Calia has in all this time. So naturally, she enjoyed far more leeway than Mrs. Calia AFK Menethil.

That's why you should not casually consume junk food like that. Imagine getting to chew on GNOME meat... Eugh

This lil' belf is skipping dinner now

But have we allowed time for Calia to create that history? or are we cutting the tree before it blossoms? I still don't see how Slyvannas had any more claim than anyone else. She's not even human, her undead state was nothing like the rest of the forsaken, she didn't even look like them because her body is almost without blemish and in the end, she never really cared about the forsaken and only her thirst for revenge.

Just a possibility, but breaking free from arthas and securing lordaeron from both scourge and alliance remnants probably had something to do with it.

The only sustenance Calia needs is Blanduin's holy wisdom permeating her entire being.

No Menethil rulers for the forsaken, that is an absolute no go, build up another character, but that bloodline has no leadership role in Lordaeron anymore, no matter in what form. The rest of the family can toil to make up for what Arthas has done, but never again should they rule.

Agreed which is why not give Calia the same opportunity to do something for the forsaken? Perhaps she does something that can validate her...

in the latest dialog we see her not use that title, she doesn't regard herself as royalty and as such shouldn't be held against her.

Thats not how leadership works? Its like saying "Lets make that dirty diseased bum president of our country, maybe in 5 years he will prove himself".

Besides there is opportunity for her to do something - eating human meat.

She sits alongside voss on the horde council, whether she becomes ruler or not doesn't matter, she should literally have no say in forsaken society.

Not a great time to draw that parallel, the bar is set pretty low. Not just in America, but in Brazil, and some other South American countries, Russia and China, I bet they'd take the diseased bum over who is currently in power.

If Calia eats a baby she'll certainly improve in my eyes, but she'll need to become a habitual consumer to really get my vote over stiff competition who're as qualified as she is like the cockroach vendor or the guy who operates the horse plaguing valve.

Pretty sure culinary habits, one way or the other, are not commonly an aspect by which leadership is judged.
    "Here lies a toppled god.

We did but build his pedestal,
A narrow and a tall one."

Depends if they want to be seen as one of the common folk or not.

Roflmao, shame we will never know, that would involve blizzard actually making warcraft real .. they shy away from deail, if you haven't noticed. And whilethrow in a few, they never actualy explore them, not even in their novels, they just skip around life like details and considerations and just focus on plot.

    Shame really

Calia could just say "I'm vegan" and excuse herself in that case - or perhaps that she's "human flesh intolerant." Common enough.

No but its gesture that matters. Eating human meat is the diffrence maker betwen being "metal as fuck" and "oh look a rich human girls pretends to feel sorry for us but in reality just looks down on us".

Could as well say "im a pansy".

    She's vegan.

I take it back, BfA is not the lowest the games lore could have gone, this thread proves that.

A difference maker, perhaps; but she could prove herself in other, unrelated ways. As for being a pansy, well, that's not exactly uncommon either - so not itself a signifier either.

Depends on the people in question.

People like the forsaken most likely, I mean it is a racial for a reason.
