This was so much better than the Maldraxxus cinematic even if very little actually happened. But it introduced some new characters I assume we'll be interacting with and gave them some very clear motivations so it gets a thumbs up from me.

@Hugh Wattmate Yeah, as a DK I'm really scared as both Covenant abilities seem lightyears ahead of all others with Maldraxxus dead last. Because why would any DK choose Maldraxxus lol.
These guys had one job and decided "Nah fuck it." Can't imagine the Arbiter is cool with that.
Final duty. "Yeah sorry, please go to shit, we need those resources elsewhere." What even happens to these withered souls. Do they die²?

After the pathetic Maldraxxus one this one genuinly surprised me. I really like it, I still can't stand most of the night fae, but the it at least made me care about them.

To be honest I'm just not invested in this one or the Maldraxxus one. Maybe I'm just more attached to Uther? Playing through the beta I was definitely questioning who the bad guys were so I could just be more invested in Bastion's story. Learning how the conduit system works has really lowered my enthusiasm for the expansion so maybe its that?
