i mean, i dont hate the design, but imagine how much more badass big daddy sargeras would look like in this CGI

also, its pretty cringe how hard they are trying to make his armour look like the helm of domination, but it just looks like a cheap knock-off

Yeah, he looks more like a generic fantasy villain now. The "edgier Ice King" look was kinda weird, but at least it was a wee bit more original.

Evil wizard is a pretty common archetype but we haven't really seen that in WoW before, would've been neat.

He does look a bit like a cross between a Nathrezim and an Orc, but the effect still looks pretty dope, hopefully that means he features in CGI cinematics released over the course of Shadowlands.

Only thing I'd have changed in his design is not making him shirtless. A more regal sort of outfit with a cape or something would have made him more intimidating IMO.

This is basically how I always pictured human-orc hybrids looked like.

Though I would've preferred if he looked more alien, not so human/humanoid. But cool nontheless.

This depiction of the Jailer definitely has a strong Nathrezim vibe to it. He's done a lot of figurative mutation over time - going from his Titan-esque art at BlizzCon '19, to his current in-game humanoid appearance, to this. I wonder if his in-game model will be updated to look more like this one? I also wonder if this all relates back to the "Nathrezim missive" recently uncovered in Revendreth.
