    You're still doing yourself a disservice by getting an Intel CPU even if you do do video editing. None of Intel's chipsets support PCIE 4.0 yet and won't until late 2021.
    If I were you, I'd wait until October when Zen 3 comes out and beats Intel at IPC... at which point they'll have higher core counts, higher IPC and a more future proofed system by supporting PCIE 4.0.
