You're doing yourself a huge disservice by buying a Comet Lake processor.

You're paying significantly more for hardware that won't be future proof.

Seems like your overspending on the CPU. You could go with a Intel 10600K or a Ryzen 3700X and save yourself $150 bucks or so. performance wise there is only like a 5-10 FPS difference in games at the high end of the spectrum.

I'm ok with paying a little more on the CPU because I sometimes do some Video Editing and the 10 cores / 20 threads will help a little and 150$ split in 12 is just like 10$ extra a month.

You're still doing yourself a disservice by getting an Intel CPU even if you do do video editing. None of Intel's chipsets support PCIE 4.0 yet and won't until late 2021.
If I were you, I'd wait until October when Zen 3 comes out and beats Intel at IPC... at which point they'll have higher core counts, higher IPC and a more future proofed system by supporting PCIE 4.0.
