I use Alienware desktop at work. Heats up like crazy. Also that thing is loud as hell. Other than that it's fine though I guess.

I honestly can't think of a single pre-built site that doesn't come with some issues.

I know you probably don't want to hear this but the best option is always building yourself if you think you can do it and look up tutorials on how to do it. But if you aren't worried about spending that extra money to have someone pre-build it go for it!

Are you water cooled?

I'm not sure. It is a higher end machine for sure (Aurora R9 i9 9900 RTX 2080 Ti 32GB 3000Mhz). Their PSU placement is silly for air cooled CPU's since it goes straight on top of the fan choking it.
