So apparently against all expectations there's sequel coming.

Not really a fan of a sequel possibility.
The movie was alright if you knew the story and kinda bland if you didn't. Overall it managed to keep afloat but you cannot build a sequel on "good enough". Not for a franchise like Warcraft.
I would personally love to see either a TV series like they are doing with the Witcher, or a complete reboot with a more careful direction and less crap stuffed in two hours.
Great! I'm sure it'll be a blast whenever it comes out in 2030...

J-Lo is playing Garona I think.
Your mother was a hamster, and your father smelled of elderberries.
This site is saying its a reboot and they are eyeing Chris Pratt for it.

I would prefer War of the Ancients instead. It is more character driven.
I wouldn't mind a new Warcraft movie as long as they ditch their efforts at a chronological telling of Warcraft and instead focus on their, at least in my opinion, much more interesting stories from Warcraft 3. Starting with Arthas is probably their best bet at broad mainstream appeal.
Well I hope they will go for WC3 story this time. Last thing they need is another remake of Dark Portal and such.
I bet a lot of people would be pumped for Warcraft 3 and all the Lich King material. I would love to see that myself, but personally I think I would be more psyched to see a War of the Ancients movie.
We would get all the Dragon Aspects, Queen Azshara, Broxigar (good rep for the orcs) and much more..
All they need to do is to move away from cartoonish style they did in the first movie and make it a little more dark realistic like LoTR.
Good. Hopefully they learned from the past and keep it simple. Keep it from the human point of view. Warcraft I didn't explain the orc's tragic fall, desperation, and infighting. The movie doesn't need to either.
They should do the BFA war campaign story
Nothing will go wrong Im sure!
If this happens I’ll be over joyed. Loved the first one, even if it wasn’t the best movie.
Given that Warcraft *is* a cartoonish styled adventure, that would be a bizarre change.

Well the Warcraft movies absolute biggest mistake was having any focus on the humans in the first place. Their part of the story was boring, dull and overly cliché and the acting was absolutely abyssmal.
