Jean is also kinda good in the fact her heals scales on her attack so you can almost build her like a dps.

Yeah, Qi Qi's heals scale with her attack as well. I gave her the sword from the Battle Pass, and not only does she do respectable damage, but she's practically immortal...so long as she has a nearby enemy to whack, anyway.

That's one of the things that would keep me from using Jean as my only healer. I like having the ability to heal on demand, unconditionally. Well, unconditionally outside of CDs, of course.

I'm using the prototype rancour on Jean. It's nice because it's a craftable weapon so getting it fully upgraded is possible in the future. The Attack & Defense % buff from it is pretty good for her.

Yeh I have like 5 banner wishes + 3000 pyrogems sitting right now. I got Klee on my first wish on that banner so i've just been saving since then.

My account doesn't even know what Pity is. First novice 10 roll I got Jean, second 10 roll on Venti banner I got Venti, and first wish on Klee banner I got Klee.. /shrug.

Not really sure what I want, but I also need a second team to do the abyss, but I don't want to waste my materials if I end up getting someone in the new banner I want to level up. I'm just so tempted to level up 'Bae'dou.

Well now that we know formula (first 20 wishes have a higer chance than ones from 30-72) you were just extremly lucky. So you can always risk you luck and maybe pull a new 5 star on 1-20 single rolls.

Yeah, that's the other nice thing. Can pop her ability and just rotate through any damaged characters to top them off after a fight. Or heal them up during boss fights, while the boss itself is unreachable.

Barbara works the same way, if you have her. Her damage just doesn't scale quite as well, and she inflicts the annoying Wet status on your character while her Elemental Skill is up. Her Elemental Burst is a better "Oh shi-!" button though, since it just instantly heals everyone.

Yes and no. It depends on character. Its realy good on Jean for example.

Crit rate would be godly tho. Also Physical DMG (since its a melle relic)

You can't get physical damage or crit rate as the main roll on Sands of Eon.

Hm true. HP% DEF% ATK% Energy Recharge% Elemental Mastery. It would still be good for Noelle if it had defense for example. Energy recharge is also still great on characters that spam ulti attacks with short CD.

He did luck out on sidestats. Bonus stats on crit rate, atk (2x) and almost 3x on crit damage. But its not 1:50000 relic as it could roll with higher bonus stats still.
5 star Atk (not %) is 14 ~ 19 (random) and if he did get 3 procs at max 19 it would end up on 57 atk. (not sure how much a max on specific stat is)

The RNG on artifacts is frickin insane. RNG loot drop, RNG main stat, RNG roll on main stat, RNG sub stats, RNG rolls on sub stats, RNG upgrade on sub stats. But you never "waste" resources. You can feed a leveled up artifact into another one if it rolls completely bad.
Im juts not sure if there is a "loss" in experience when you use a leveled up arti on a fresh one.

Different strokes for different folks, and all that. I usually like characters that are a little less...boisterous.

As an example you might relate to a bit better, I really like Qi Qi for similar reasons. I find the the "near-emotionless girl" archetype to be strangely endearing.

But he's too open to play emotionless.

You do lose some experience, but if I'm not mistaken it's considered a pretty generous ratio (somewhere like 85-90%) that gets carried over. And apparently it's still possible to double (and probably quintuple) so if you're really lucky your new artifact could get much more exp than your previous had.

miHoYo's previous game, Honkai Impact 3rd, did have a system where you could reroll substats.. but then again its equivalent of artifacts were generally not farmable. I'm still hoping some sort of rerolling of main or substats will be available somewhere in GI's future..
