no, bc illidan isn an elf or half-elf anymore. hes a full-blown demon.
void elves, as their name implies, are still elves. they are infused with the void, but that doesnt mean they go to it when they die. gul'dan was also infused with fel like shit, but he didnt turn into a demon and thus didnt go to the nether when he died (twice)
void elves would have to turn into full void beings (like the void revenants, who are the remnants of a species truly overtaken by the void), not just void-infused elves
in other words they wouldnt be "hot edgy elves" anymore, but tentacled/5 mouthed/7 eyed monsters, which means half of their playerbase would disappear

The Void. A force of infinite hunger. Its whispers have broken the will of dragons... and lured even the titans' own children into madness. Sages and scholars fear the Void. But we understand a truth they do not. That the Void is a power to be harnessed... to be bent by a will strong enough to command it. The Void has shaped us... changed us. But you will become its master. Wield the shadows as a weapon to save our world... and defend the Alliance!
It has never been proven that the changes to the void elves' body is just cosmetic, or an actual change of being. Are void elf children normal blood elves, or actually void elves?
But to address your question more in-depth: no, the void elves have not been shown to have become "void entities", to the point that the void elves "return to the Void to be reborn". You're making some high leaps of logic, here.

I don't play WoW anymore smh.
For a character that you seen like 4-5x at most in the game, you sure are obsessed with her.

Other void infused entities (e.g. Cho'gall) have not seen returning from the realm of Void, either. In general, I would not assume someone gets this special treatment until Blizzard confirms it (e.g. Naaru, demons) given that the logic they use can't be applied to all elements in that cosmology chart (the aforementioned wild gods).
While I personally think "unique" is a bit of an overstatement, I agree that the Ren'dorei's relation to the Void is not analogous to the Sin'dorei's relation to Fel. The Blood Elves were tainted by Fel energy due to using it to sate the pangs of addiction, not suffusing themselves with it as is the case with beings that become demons. Whereas like you stated the Void Elves have become what we could equate to "Void demons."
What really gets me though is how close we got to having playable Ethereals. Instead it seems to me like they snuffed any hopes of that being possible in the future by adding "almost Ethereal-Elves" which, being the fan of Ethereals I am (and tired of the oversaturated Elves), greatly disappoints me. That's just me being a negative nancy though. I still hope the Ethereals are playable at one point!
We might still get playable Ethereals in the future, on the Alliance side. Locus-Walker is a close ally of Alleria and is seen teaching several scholars in Telogrus Rift, and I also believe there is another void ethereal observing Telogrus Rift from a distance. The Void elves also have a racial literally called "Ethereal affinity", making them natural allies of the ethereals.
But Yes, right now Void elves are the closest to playable ethereals. Since they are elves who came very close to turning into full-blown ethereals, but since the transformation process was stopped mid-way, they are left in a shadowy form.
