[WA] "Don't Trigger if recently triggered"

Hey all, I'm new to WeakAuras and I'm bashing my head against a wall trying to figure out how to do this.

As a healer I want to announce I'm out of mana to the instance group when I hit 5% mana. That I can do. The problem is that when I regen higher than 5%, then drop back down, it tells the group I'm OOM again. This is creating a lot of spam.

Is there a way to keep the aura from triggering if was triggered within the last 30 seconds or so? I can't find a good way to accomplish this and my searches aren't turning up much.

Here's my attempt at it. I actually think it's one of my more elegant solutions. I used custom code, not sure if it's possible without custom code, but
I didn't look very hard. If you're curious, the only custom code is the custom trigger function at the top of the trigger tab.

I think it works.

Edit: If it is something you end up using. You can edit the interval in that same custom trigger function I mentioned earlier. The default is 5 and
it's at the top of the function. (I definitely didn't read the part where you said 30 seconds)
