CD reduction on vanish?

Is there any spec and/or any talent and/or item that reduces the cooldown on vanish in a PvE setting?

Not at the moment.

Preparation used to reset it but it was removed God knows when.

Restless blades (outlaw) reduces the cd of Adrenaline Rush, Between the Eyes, Blade Flurry, Grappling Hook, Roll the Bones, Sprint, mfd, killing spree...

Deepening shadow (Subtlety) reduces the cd of Shadow dance.

So it seems that you trying to use the vanish leggo but it is trash compared to Akaari or the Bis for pve Finality.

The Restless blades passive also reduces the CD of Vanish.

I'm not wanting to lower the CD on vanish for a true PvE perspective. I was trying to farm the Defias Leggings from the Defias Overseers but after reading up on it I found that I can get the transmog from the quest inside Deadmines instead. What leggo are you referring to though because now I'm curious.

Also if you're a Night Elf don't confuse Stealth and Shadowmeld – the icon is similar. Don't forget you need to be out of combat to use Stealth.
