Whirl Dragon punch baseline WW

Can we please try Whirl Dragon punch as baseline for WW monks?

And switch it with maby a talent that makes a spell like tiger punch or blackout kick has a chance to reduce Whirl Dragon punch's cooldown with 1-2sec's? or something in this area.. just a thought

Yes please. WDP just feels like a great finisher for the WW rotation, it is just weird to me that it is still a talent and not baseline. The talent row is also really weird, you have one rotational ability and two abilities that enhance your DPS cooldowns.
