swapping between two different graphic settings?

Hello, I really need your help guys. I want to create 2 different graphics settings for wow (1 for fps, 1 for high quality visuals to enjoy leveling and chill farm) and I want to be able to swap between those 2 w/o any effort. Like we do on equipment manager for gear. Does any1 know how to do it please let me know.

I believe you can have it set differently for instanced content, which switches automatically when you enter a raid, for people wanting to tone things down in raids. Other than that, im actually not sure, im fortunate enough to be able to just have one setting for everything and its no issue.
