    It gave 8% last build/on Live. This is a straight nerf to that scenario you described, and lets us use it on other specs since a momentary drop doesn't screw your damage.

    Is it really much of a nerf? It still let's you hit the shatter cap easier and you also get a flat damage boost.

    Either way, I dislike the ability and it's interaction to begin with, it being usefull for the other specs is not a plus in my book at all.

    Uhm, why would you buff Fire Nova though? We have no flame shock spreading mechanic and FS/FrostS are still on the same gcd

    Cyclone castable in Guardian/Feral (PvE only cause otherwise the PvP friends start crying again), innervate baseline (same as cyclone for guardian/feral castable in form), Leader of the Pack 3-5% crit for raid/grp and change Blood Talons or rather remove it and give us something else. Eh voila you're not getting kicked out of pugs with the message (whooops sorry thought you were boomy my bad) or sit on your guild bench. I guess thats to "hard" to do, so all we get is another "we see the problem we look into it", after the 1st, 2nd or 3rd raidtier been played out. Thanks Activision for ehh nothing .
