How bad are those grinds? I play casually and started a new character and have been doing every quest to get them off my map. I still have all relic quests left.

Just finished Stormblood. I did initial MSQ of ShB on my main but nothing since.

The memory grind (Shadowbringers relic) is very, very easy. You just have to join a cluster farm and then memories will start falling out of the sky.

The other three grinds (ARR, HW, and Stormblood) are varying degrees of slog. For ARR you have to do a lot of checklists, like doing specific dungeons. For HW you have to farm Alexander raids and buy stuff with tomestones. For Stormblood you have to slog through the Eureka grind, which no one is doing ATM.

I strongly encourage you to do Bozja as soon as possible because you get a weapon with amazing stats for minimal effort. The first step just requires you to do a 60 minute long story quest and they give you an ilevel 485 weapon. Then you can do Bozja, and in about 3-4 hours you can complete that story and get an ilevel 500 weapon with 5 materia slots, which is the best weapon in the game ATM and the next best weapon in the game will come from doing the last boss of the next raid tier on savage.

Also the story of Bozja is really good
