Not really, in my opinion. They’re doing this because it’s easy to implement as it’s already existing content and doesn’t require much work. Same with new customization options that have been requested for what, 3 years now? At best this shows that they want to give players ANY kind of content, even if it’s old legacy content - which is on one hand good, but on the other just looks quite pitiful if that’s all they can give us when it comes to new stuff (for now). This is an attempt to appease players, nothing else. They didn’t care about this stuff when they hadn’t to, but when the house is burning all of a sudden these long requested things get implemented - for me this reeks pretty pathetic. Don’t get me wrong, it’s eventually a good move, but I don’t think their motives behind all of this are.

You realize that these are all just side features to whatever actual content is in 9.1.5, right?

Well the Nightborne got their eyes fixed finally, hopefully the males look a lot different, the females didn't need as much of an overhaul.

We have no idea what other things are coming in 9.1.5 and can't tell if the ones shown so far are main or side features.

It's entirely possible that 9.1.5 is very small and something like new customization options is a major feature of the patch.

Wouldn't mind rolling a male Nightborne Venthyr Rogue if they are much improved in 9.1.5.

Also, here's hoping alt friendliness gets a big boost in the new patch.

    Really cool video!

If I could choose the light-themed expansion, I would choose that one. I really liked this concept since the very first iteration.
    Azeroth must be remastered!

Eh, I'm not sure why so many people want Turalyon to become a bad guy. He's suffered enough, and if a thousand years fighting with the Army of the Light didn't break him... I don't think Anduin coming back bearing scars from his captivity will make Turalyon fall. Turalyon already witnessed what Xe'ra being overzealous got her as well. Why would he make the same mistake?

I stick by my guns that he’s not a titan but assuming he is we needed help from the entire pantheon to kill the equivalent of a titan fetus
Isn't Argus pretty openly stated to be a Titan? Also the Pantheon were no where near there peak. For one thing they died

We can very easily tell, because if 9.1.5 was very small and new customization/soloable islands were main features they wouldn't be casually mentioning them in forum posts, they would be holding onto them for proper spotlights playing up their importance.

If they do the Lightbound Invasion with Alliance collaborators expansion.

I really want the x.2 patch raid or something to be us going back to AU Draenor and doing Nerzhul's ritual. For one thing I imagine blowing up WOD would make good free press, it would be a hell of a dramatic beat and would give the Mag'har a better reason to remain of Azeorth after the end of the expansion.

A premature world soul that, despite the fact that we had empowered Artifacts and the Pantheon itself backed us up, still managed to straight up kill us. (Newsflash: we actually DID get roflstomped)
Or are we just gonna ignore that phase of the fight?

We only won because Eonar kept bringing us back to life.

Similarly for the Lich King. Both still leave an impression of being dangerous because, without outside intervention, they would have won. And this was integrated into the fights themselves instead of being an eleventh hour kill steal, which feel cheap.

Premature world soul that had been drained of power for millenia to power faster demon reincarnation, at that. And we still needed that BR.

I wouldn't count the fight against Deathwing there, though. The whole reason we went there in the first place was to give Thrall a clear shot, so it was neither a "steal" nor 11th hour.

For that matter, let's remember that Zovaal has, for the moment, won. Even if we had somehow killed Sylvanas instead of the fight just ending halfway through, there'd still be Anduin to contend with and we had no real way of stopping Zovaal in the first place. We didn't even know what he was even doing until he succeeded and he pretty much just ignored us throughout the fight.

Not sure why people are pining for a villain Turalyon so bad. The guy is more level-headed than Genn, who is more level-headed than Rogers and neither of the latter two have been made villains either.

Because Blizzard positions people as antagonists by plot contrivance rather than characterization. Moves have been made to place Turalyon in an antagonistic role. While it definitely makes more sense to have someone with Genn's character as an antagonist, nothing has been done in the narrative to shift him in that direction.

It wouldn't be the first time that a character starts doing weird things and acting completely unlike his/her established self just because the plot demands it.
