I'm never going to get used to it. Dragons just look weird to my eye as humanoids. That said everything else dragon looked awesome.

I'd wait until you see all the customizations and animations to pass final judgment. The facial expressions and the details look incredible.

They use it for both. You can use the wings for dragonriding according to interviews and you also use it (presumably as a CD) to fly around and cast while doing it.

The latter is more hovering though. Think Void Form but a lot more mobile.

Edit: Also they seem to be able to glide like DHs.

I could see them adding some of the flying HotS abilities like Deathwing's Dragonflight and Alexstraza's Cleansing Flames.

Already some movement on the CDN side of things! Both the wowdev product (was on 9.2.0) and wowdev2 product (was on 2.5.1) got their assigned builds removed. Smells like cleanup before entering new testing phases.

Demon Hunters and Druids should be able to as well.

The dragon-flying? It's a lot higher-speed than the current flying according to the Ausgamers interview, so the current Druid forms wouldn't be equipped for it. If there was a semi-dragon Druid form for it that might make sense/be cool though. Demon Hunters can't even fly under their own power right now can they? Or did a miss a change?

I think at best you can hope they will allow Dracthyr to play other classes and maybe an alternative, more muscular model for the dragon form.

And even that, deep in our hearts know will likely not happen either. Lets be fair, this is it.

Fair enough I guess, when I did it (admittedly only to 50), I crafted a complete HQ set of every gather and craft jobs armor and never touched a macro. Because it was interesting to me.

I agree, the crafting XIV was more fun during ARR when macros didn't really work, and you had to cross-level multiple professions to actually create HQ material.

Now, however, every crafting profession has been homgenized to all share the exact same skills, there is no cross-classing of professions anymore, and everything is done through macros, which basically amounts to the same thing as WoW's crafting system, just with the extra level of having to find a macro and copy-pasting it into the game.

The race is Dracthyr in Character Creation, and it just has one Class option I would assume.

So you'd get called Evoker.

Whats the short version gonna be though? I can see Devoker for DPS.
