Mr. Ybarra main focus seems to be on pro raiders, mythic+ and boosting.

I mean, i thought Hazzikostas is bad, but that new boss is a real horror. While we already had an elitist jerk, we just get another elitist to lead Blizzard Entertainment.

My guess is this will end in a desaster.

That was before the tinker thing, and yeah, maybe. In the end he's the dude that can decide what he says about anything and know that on a stream with thousands of people watching anything he said will be seen pretty widely.

It’s bad because they disguise awful decisions as amazing ones and the masses eat it up especially if it makes the people who understand how the game works angry

It's never the leak everyone thinks is true. Go back and look at the reactions to legit leaks in the past. Cataclysm was only widely accepted because it was on the front page of MMO-champ. People kept insisting MoP must be a phone game or the first ever trademarked patch up until its official announcement. Some guy posted WoD in its entirety and everyone said it's too stupid for Blizzard to ever do. Some guy leaked Legion in one of these threads and no one even replied to that post. Hell, when the Bolvar promo art was put up almost everyone said 'it's obviously fake because everyone knows he has RED eyes.'

It's not the leak you all think it is. It's not the Dragon Isles. Time and time again the playerbase is just flat out wrong and when they see what it really is they can't believe it. If it sounds plausible, it's not real.
