"Leaker" was smart enough to put his, ekhem "inside info" together with predictable stuff. Could catch some gullible people I guess.

But somehow he forgot Blizzard give 2 week notice, not 3 week.

It isn't patch trailer, it's just footage from 7.3 cinematics mashed together. 9.2 will have 4 cinematics, I guess they don't want to spoil them, especially since most is likely from raid.

That leak can be discredited because it said the release date for 9.2 would be March 1.

Also mentions that the cinematic intro for the expansion has Sylvanas present.

Not impossible but given what's been datamined so far, not likely.

7.2's trailer and date were revealed 5 days before launch, on the same day. Just back then, we had that 77 day patch cycle figured out so it wasn't such a surprise.

I don't think Sylvanas will be present, I think she's being time capsuled for later use like Illidan and Sargeras is.

At least based on the PTR info we got so far on the fate of Sylvanas Windrunner after her judgment.

Or was that just for mythic?

That's what a trailer is. Existing footage cut together. Sometimes they're from cinematics, sometimes they're from gameplay & sometimes they're both.

Time Capsuled. Yes it appears Sylvanas' punishment is having bring back all the souls from the maw. So she could be gone for decades or even less than one expansion.

(Although that they made her an entirely new model for a very short amount of screentime suggests she's not meant to be gone very long. She received so many new models in the last 2 expansions, if she's going away, why not just put her in her pre-shadowlands model for the post raid content?)

Normal and Heroic difficulties. Note that the last three bosses (Lords of Dread, Rygelon, and The Jailer) will NOT be available in this first week.

March 8
The remaining three bosses unlock for Normal and Heroic. All bosses are available for Mythic. Raid Finder Wing 1: Ephemeral Plains (Vigilant Guardian, Skolex, the Insatiable Ravener, Artificer Xy'mox, Halondrus the Reclaimer) becomes available.

March 22
Raid Finder Wing 2: Cornerstone of Creation (Dausegne, the Fallen Oracle, Prototype Pantheon, Lihuvim, Principal Architect) becomes available.

April 5
Raid Finder Wing 3: Domination's Grasp (Anduin Wrynn, Lords of Dread, Rygelon) becomes available.

April 19
Raid Finder Wing 4: The Grand Design (The Jailer) becomes available.
