I like how the new fake logo's border seems to be assembled from some furniture catalogue. Could've at least used a wall filet to make the sharp horn for the upper portion of the frame and something to make the pointy elements on the sides rather than make them soft and smooth.

Also, I would've used a more veiny marble texture for the expansion name plate.

I can see that border upon being fixed up working for like...a Nordic themed series of zones. Viking or Lodge vibes. But not dragons.

Not just the copy paste thing. You can literally see a vague line where one part begins and another ends. Like slightly to the left of the middle red dip you made for example.

You say that, but if you zoom in on the BfA logo you can clearly see it looks like a photoshop collage made from a still image of the sword from the Warcraft movie. It's even got the same weird inconsistency in the various elements' image quality.

You would think if you were going to waste the time you would at least spend another 5-10 min making sure the color scheme palatable.

You say that, but an advanced leak strategy is the double-bluff, where you make something that looks like it cannot possibly be real to make those seeing it question why it's got such an obvious tell.
One of the Shadowlands leaks was an image from the cinematic trailer that showed Bolvar in the middle of transforming, so you had blue eyes and still red skin. It looked horrendously fake if you didnt know the context, which is in truth something that is ironically far more difficult to fake realiably.

I mean, the reason that exact frame of the trailer was leaked was because the merchandise got leaked, and that was a picture they sold.

Terrible clashing colors, light-lines that are probably recycled off either Legion or Shadowlands, heck the light-lines don't even fit since that background is dragonscales, aka something that doesn't let light through. Easy fake logo. IDK how this managed to make it onto every streamer's radar.

Technically those dragons in TBC were black dragons but were changed by the Nether. So I would say its yes and no.
