I would love to see Ulduar-esque aesthetics/themes again.

Isn’t there an old god temple on Dragon Isles? Maybe it’s a temple built over a Titan facility housing another artificially created Old God like Ghuun?

Oh fuck off with the PR wank. When you sell an expansion for the better part of a year in advance with cosmetic incentives (allied races) and then count all those sales as day one sales, you just made all your previous statistics invalid for comparison.

Why would you assume me simply observing that BFA is the fastest selling expansion ever means I'm vouching for its quality. I hated BFA.

But do you know who the BFA announcement making a pant-load full of money does matter to? Blizzard. So that's absolutely relevant to ALL of our, admittedly feeble, attempts to predict Blizzard's PR decisions.

And I don't need to estimate about this: You say "No way were they announcing the expansion before 9.2 was released." Except the encrypted pre-order bonuses were added to retail during 9.1.5, rather than the ptr for 9.2: That proves they were absolutely open to the idea of opening pre-orders for the 9th expansion before 9.2 was released. It's not definitive but it's clearly a good possibility.

The top of Wyrmrest Temple has already been broken off presumably by Deathwing during Dragon Soul.

I can't imagine lore states they rebuilt it? More like just 2007 Dragonblight hadn't got a visual update when Deaths of Chromie happened.

Kind of the biggest question mark on that for me atm.

So let’s assume those pics aren’t fake (a perfect T shaped piece though) the possibilities are

1. Scarlet crusade
2. Twilight cult
3. Death Knights

My reason being that
1. They hate everything not human and are definitely being manipulated by a black dragon so why not. The only unknown is what that beam is

2. These guys definitely ain’t fans of any dragons and the temple holds significance in the creation of the dragon soul which if temple is destroyed then likely so would the ability to create another

3. There was a screen shot of a ziggurat above northrend in a cinematic that we had a while back and they would have the ability to do this plus they aren’t buddies with the red dragons


I might be missing something but those are my guesses based on the idea that the pictures are real
