I’m already going back with cross faction, but a new class would make me stay a little longer. A proper revamp would convince me to stay the full expansion. Dragon Isles risks having that “been there done that” feeling if they base zones off dragonflights, i’m growing a little tired of mystic zones.
Where is the leak for World of Warcraft: Dragon Deez Nuts?
Again, the issue is not comparable because if you give everyone a turn here it becomes About Arthas, which is not the intention, nor should be. I feel like having Uther and Jaina here DOES offer the needed finality, they got to be there at the end and that was enough for them, without having them have their own soliloquies about Arthas. They already faced their trauma regarding him, we didn't need another go about it.
If Anything I would have made Sylvanas shorter. But Again, my problem is that it would have been way to easy to make it about Arthas and at least I am glad they didn't.
I mean it on the sense that Sylvanas herself recognized *she* is Arthas legacy, and thus she's letting go of the hold he had on her all of these years. She made her whole existence about vengeance, and when she was denied, she became him. Acknowledging how messed up that was, and breaking away from it and trying to fix her mistakes is a consistent advancement for her character.Even saying that much is pushing it. Arthas and his legacy was already over in terms of his ability to continue to do direct harm. Either gloss over it if you don't want to give undue power, or give equal weight to anyone impacted. Otherwise it just looks like an indulgent fantasy to let Sylvanas be the sole mic drop because it is. Your main character is not the only character, and frankly Sylvanas' arc was introduced as the main...basically 30 minutes earlier in lore time.
The difference is that, for example, the fucking rando judge and prosecutor in that scene aren't the same as two other important characters with significant history and baggage along the same lines.
We didn't spend 2 hours with just Sylvanas tied to a bed, even if Danuser might have loved that.
I won't even deny this is indulgent to Sylvanas as a character, but the thing is that's the point. Let's be honest, bringing Arthas back, on itself, was completely unnecessary, and the only reason it makes sense IS to give closure to Sylvanas. Yes, it's about her and that sucks for some people, but otherwise it didn't even make sense to bring him back as a thing, and having the rest of the characters give their own perspectives on Arthas wouldn't have made it better.
As a narrative element, it only made sense in regards to Sylvanas. Without her, bringing him back made no sense. They tried to make his involvement more relevant by also tying him to Uther, but giving him a "sorry for damning you" in this cinematic, would have been a major mood clash.
I do hope Uther get's some flavor text that delves more on his personal feelings of guilt, but having him express that guilt in the cinematic wouldn't have made it any better.

You know I didn't hate Garrisons so much as I hated the lack of anything to do outside of them and the overpowered rewards from just afk mission table farming.
If they said they were giving us, let's say, an island that we could make our sanctuary on and it was kinda like Garrison meets Animal Crossing.... I'd be intrigued.
FFXIV - Maduin (Dynamis DC)
I do wonder what the best place for "player housing" would be. TBH I think starter zones would be the best locations cause it would then rely on those core base aesthetics of Warcraft's playable races.
I do feel it would be pretty much instanced like the Garrison was, but perhaps it would be interesting if the outside area was made into a hangout spot, like the Halfhill Market.

So... next week "IS THE WEEK", right? Riiiight....?
Btw i think that this delayed announcement(Based on original Blizcon date) probably means that 10.0 will come in 2023, what does everyone thinks?
The announcement will happen on March, 24th 2022.

Anyone see Mark Kelada's Twitter post? I'm too new to post the link so find it yourself.
Might mean nothing, but interesting choice of words. 'Living world' indeed.
