Looked at the last few still encrypted cinematics:

1:23 min (4279697) - Jailer Finale
0:51 min (4279707) - Jailer Pre-scene
0:25 min (4279702) - Pelagos becomes arbiter

So kinda neat we'll likely see a cinematic before and after the Jailer fight.

Pelagos cinematic will probably has no "importance" in the way of setting up the future xpac, so we technically have 2 cinematics to set our future.
I still feel its kinda short, but maybe (copium/hopium) Blizz will do something good

And we’re in luck, she’s sacrificing herself for our victory, but instead of getting killed she’s just severely wounded. Then Tyrande will transfer her life force to Sylvanas, say I forgive you and die instead. All while Elune is watching from above with a little smile.

That’s because (and idc what Ion says because that was PR garbage) the expansion has been cut short. Freeing Anduin was probably supposed to be in 9.2 but the jailer was definitely 9.3 content

What if Jailer cinematic is so short because the entire fight is cinematic enough. If there is a connection established with Azeroth it may be more than just 'beam of azerite flowing in the room' and may actually manifest itself into the fight a-la Yogg-Saron nightmare portals.

I'm not hopeful but it would be a cool thing to do.

Well, now you have I still love Sylvanas as a character, she was my favourite in Warcraft 3 growing up as a little girl.

It was just part of the bachlash I would imagine, when your favorite lore person said he might not be fully gone. Where you went full rp on this and make it seem like hes just waiting again for another shot and brewing.

The truth is he wont for many years.. best shot is getting c'thong back in the game for a patch. Just like death theme wont return anytime soon after SL.

It you llok at the Jailer journal right now on live servers, 3rd phase is protecting Azeroth from direct harm (raid needs to mitigate direct damage to Azeroth with the classic "bodyguard human shield" mechanic).
